Official Sweepstakes Rules

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Kraft Heinz Giant Eagle Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 10:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on July 17, 2025 and ends at 11:50 PM ET on August 27, 2025 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's clock is the official "timekeeper" of this Sweepstakes.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to the legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry and, as of 7/16/25, possess a web-enabled mobile device ("Entrant"). Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Kraft Heinz Foods Company (the "Sponsor"), Giant Eagle ("Giant Eagle") and the Pittsburgh Steelers (the "Steelers", together with Sponsor and Giant Eagle the "Partners), Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. ("Administrator"), the NFL Entities (defined below), and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, assigns, franchisees, mandataries, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, website providers, web masters, and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children, regardless of where they live and whether biological, adopted, step or in-law) and those living in the same household (whether or not related) (collectively with Sponsor, Administrator and Steelers, the "Released Parties") are not eligible to enter or win. The National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC, NFL Productions, LLC, NFL International, LLC, NFL Players Association, NFL Players Incorporated and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, members, representatives and employees (collectively, the "NFL Entities") and the Steelers shall have no obligation or liability for any claim arising from participation in this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded. NFL Entities and Steelers do not offer or sponsor this sweepstakes in any way. Any team names and logos are trademarks of the teams indicated. Participation constitutes Entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's and/or Administrator's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, using your web-enabled mobile device, scan the Sweepstakes Quick Response code found on in-store POS collateral and open the website link to the Sweepstakes registration form and complete the required fields to receive one (1) entry ("Entry") into the Sweepstakes. Limit one Entry per person.

Whether an Entrant is eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes is a determination made at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor may void and render ineligible any Entrant that Sponsor determines in its sole discretion to have violated or attempted to violate or subvert the Sweepstakes Official Rules or applicable policy, rule, law, or regulation. Entrants who submit multiple Entries in excess of the Entry limit may be disqualified from participating in the Sweepstakes and any additional Entries made by the same Entrant are void. Use of any automated or computer system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Normal phone/data and usage charges imposed by your cellular service may apply. Standard data rates may apply.

The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or invalid Entries, which will be disqualified, or lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections; or miscommunications, computer or software malfunctions, telephone transmission problems, technical failures, garbled transmissions, damage to a user's mobile device/computer equipment (software or hardware), or other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address will be disqualified and ineligible to win.

RANDOM DRAWING: On or about August 28, 2025, a total of six (6) winners [one (1) Grand Prize winner and five (5) First Prize winners] will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible Entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. The random drawing will be conducted by the Administrator, whose decisions, along with the Sponsor's, are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

 

WINNER NOTIFICATION/VERIFICATION: The potential winners will be notified via email by the Administrator and the Grand Prize winner will be required to sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility & Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release within seventy-two (72) hours of notification attempt. Travel Companion of the Grand Prize winner must be 18 years of age or older (unless the child/charge of a winner) and will be required to execute a return via email, within 24 hours, a Release of Liability and Publicity Release prior to travel. Noncompliance within these time periods may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected (or winner may need to select a different travel companion), time permitting. Any prize notification returned as non-deliverable or if a potential winner is not eligible, it will result in disqualification and the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected and notified as indicated above, time permitting.

PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES ("ARV"): One (1) Grand Prize: consisting of a trip for winner and one (1) travel companion to attend the Pittsburgh Steelers vs Minnesota Vikings football game in Dublin, Ireland on September 28, 2025 consisting of: (i) round trip economy class air transportation from the major commercial airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner's residence to Dublin, Ireland; (ii) hotel accommodations for four (4) days/three (3) nights (standard room, double occupancy); (iii) ground transportation to and from the hotel and the game; (iv) two (2) tickets to attend the Pittsburgh Steelers vs Minnesota Vikings game, (v) one (1) e-gift card, valued at $600 for meals and other incidentals. ARV of Grand Prize: $6,650.

Five (5) First Prizes: each consisting of one (1) Sponsor swag bag (Heinz ketchup pillow, $100 Giant Eagle Gift Card, Pittsburgh Steelers merchandise). ARV for each First Prize: $150.

Total ARV for all prizes: $7,400.

No substitution or transfer of prize permitted, except as permitted by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor may award a substitute prize or prize component of comparable or greater value if the prize or prize component listed becomes unavailable for any reason. Winners are prohibited from selling, auctioning, trading or otherwise transferring their prize.

 

RULES FOR GRAND PRIZE: Grand Prize must be used on dates specified. All applicable taxes and all other expenses and costs not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, air transportation, airline baggage fees, taxes, tips, entertainment, transfers, and transportation to airport to and from winner's home residence are the Grand Prize winner's sole responsibility. Grand Prize Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the actual value of the their prize for tax reporting purposes for the year the prize is awarded. Grand Prize winner and their travel companion must travel at the same time on same itinerary as set by Sponsor/Administrator. Grand Prize winner and their travel companion must be able to travel on the Sponsor designated dates. Failure to travel on the dates specified will result in forfeiting the prize in its entirety (with no compensation) and an alternate winner may be selected, time permitting. Grand Prize winner and their travel companion must possess valid travel documents (e.g. REAL ID-compliant driver's license or REAL ID-compliant non-driver ID, passport, passport card, visa, etc.). Failure to obtain required travel documents may result in forfeiture of prize and alternate selection, time permitting. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. If the Grand Prize winner chooses to travel without a travel companion, the prize will be awarded in increments appropriate for one (1) traveler and they will not receive additional compensation of any kind in conjunction therewith. Grand Prize winner and their travel companion must agree to follow any applicable COVID or other protocols that may be in place at time of prize award. Airline carrier's regulations and conditions apply. Seat selection and timing of trip are subject to change. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed.

The Grand Prize winner will be required to provide a credit card upon hotel check-in. In the event the Grand Prize winner or their guest engage in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor's sole discretion) is inappropriate or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip early and/or eject them from any applicable event with no further compensation to the winner.

GENERAL RULES: Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the entry process, and/or the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes; to violate the Official Rules; or to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will determine the validity of each Entry. If Sponsor determines or believes that any Entry is fraudulent, illegitimate or invalid, or that any Entrant has failed to comply with or has violated any provision of these Official Rules, Sponsor will have the right in its discretion to disqualify any affected Entrant and/or to void any suspect or affected Entries. These Official Rules may not be reprinted or republished in any way without the prior written consent of Sponsor. In the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and any Sweepstakes information provided elsewhere (including, without limitation, in advertising or marketing materials), these Official Rules shall prevail.

RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: All Entrants, winners, and Grand Prize winner's travel companion agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor and Released Parties from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an Entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use or misuse of any prize awarded or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules, or the announcement or offering of the prizes. Winners and Grand Prize winner's travel companion assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused by participation in the Sweepstakes or use or misuse or redemption of a prize. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor, and those with their authority, to use a winner's name, and likeness for promotional purposes (including any possible public relations opportunities) without further compensation except where prohibited by law. By entering, Entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; violates these Official Rules; acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; or acts with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. The Released Parties are not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications, whether caused by the sender, by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes which may limit the ability to participate, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the Entries in the Sweepstakes. Entries generated by script or bot are not eligible. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Sweepstakes (each a "Sweepstakes Change") if no Entries are received during the Sweepstakes Period or if the Sweepstakes cannot be completed as planned for any reason, including but not limited to an unforeseen event ("Unforeseen Event") beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, windstorm, epidemic, pandemic, public health crisis, disease, virus, sickness or outbreak or other similar or dissimilar natural disaster; act of God or public enemy; riot or civil disturbance, act of any government or governmental authority, power failure, satellite or equipment failure, failure of telecommunications lines or failure or breakdown of plant, machinery or vehicles operated by a third party; labor dispute, strike, or lockout; actual or threat of war, armed conflict, terrorist attacks, war (declared, undeclared or threatened), explosion, nuclear, or chemical or biological contamination; or a government imposed travel ban, restriction on movement or gatherings, or other government imposed mandate of any kind, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor's control. In such event, Sponsor may (a) cancel the Sweepstakes entirely, (b) award the prizes from eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period prior to the Unforeseen Event resulting in the Sweepstakes Change if sufficient eligible Entries have been received (as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion), or (c) extend the Sweepstakes Period to allow time for more eligible Entries to be received. It is understood that an Unforeseen Event must take place for the Sweepstakes Change to be effectuated by Sponsor and that such Sweepstakes Change is not simply at Sponsor's option for any reason. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THE SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING THE PRIZES, ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY. CHECK LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.

 

DISPUTES: EACH ENTRANT AGREES THAT ANY DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, AND EXCLUSIVELY BY THE APPROPRIATE STATE COURT LOCATED IN ILLINOIS. THESE OFFICIAL RULES ARE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS WITHOUT REGARD TO CHOICE OF LAW OR CONFLICT OF LAWS RULES. YOU WAIVE ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONS TO JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN THESE COURTS AND HEREBY SUBMIT TO THE JURISDICTION OF THOSE COURTS.

 

PRIVACY: Information collected from Entrants is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy located at https://www.kraftheinz.com/privacy-policy. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrant hereby agrees to Sponsor's collection and usage of this information and acknowledges that Entrant has read and accepted Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
